Privacy Policy

This document explains what data is processed when you visit mtair.kz, why it is needed, and how you can control analytics.

When the site is viewed, the hosting provider may automatically receive the IP address, request date and time, requested page, referring page, and browser, operating system, and device information. This data is used to serve pages, maintain security, and diagnose errors.

Before consent, Google receives limited signals without analytics cookies through advanced consent mode. After the visitor gives separate consent, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika may receive cookie identifiers, IP address and approximate region, browser and device characteristics, referral source, viewed pages, and visit duration.

• operating the site, preventing abuse, and resolving technical errors;
• producing aggregated visit statistics;
• assessing page usability and referral sources;
• responding to a message the visitor chooses to send through WhatsApp.

4. Analytics, cookies, and consent

Before the user makes a choice, Google Analytics operates in advanced consent mode: analytics and advertising cookies are not set and advertising features are disabled, but Google receives limited cookieless signals for statistical modelling. Yandex Metrika does not load before consent.

After “Allow analytics” is selected, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, and Webvisor are enabled for statistics and analysis of interactions with the website. Ad personalization and Google Signals remain disabled. Refusing does not restrict the site.

The choice is stored in localStorage under mtair_analytics_consent_v2 for up to 180 days. Consent can be changed or withdrawn using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of any page.

5. Recipients and international transfers

When analytics is allowed, data may be sent to Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika providers and processed on infrastructure outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. Analytics consent covers such transfers only to the extent necessary to operate the selected services.

6. Opening WhatsApp

The site has no order form or document upload. When a WhatsApp link is selected, the visitor leaves mtair.kz and independently sends chosen information to WhatsApp. Do not send identity documents or sensitive data unless the need and processing terms have first been confirmed.

7. Retention

The consent setting remains on the device for up to 180 days. Analytics retention is set in Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika; the operator must choose the shortest period sufficient for statistical purposes. Hosting logs are kept for the period required by the hosting agreement and applicable law.

8. User rights

A user may request information about processing, request correction, restriction, or deletion where legally available, and withdraw consent. Requests must be sent through the WhatsApp contact in section 1. The operator may request information necessary to verify the requester’s identity.

9. Security and updates

The operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data. This policy may be updated when the site, services, or applicable law changes.
